My passion is for physical spiritual and mental health. Balance is needed in all three, to live to your potential.

I have been meditating for 30 years or more, and have studied traditional Chinese massage and remedial massage, dry needling, reiki and numerology mind patterns, also trauma release in the cranial sacral.

Putting it all together, to create a unique massage experience, where internal health, physical and mental health are all addressed when you are being treated.

I have been massaging and helping people for 15 years, and I still very much enjoy helping people understand their bodies and their minds.

The cranial sacral trauma release is a gentle modality, aimed at releasing the trauma from the nerves system.

So hopefully there is something for everyone at some level even just a nice relaxing massage away from all the pressures of the world.
