Soul Flex Personal Training


 
 

Soul Flex Personal Training provides people with an outlet to develop in every element of their health - physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and even spiritually.

After consulting with clients and learning about their goals and their "why", we design Personal Training Services that caters to the individual. Some clients may just opt for Physical Fitness Programs if their goals are focused on body composition, weight loss, general health etc. However, if we have clients who are more wanting to focus on mental health or personal development, we provide them with Pranayama Breath Work (yoga breathing), meditation, sound healing therapy and mindset coaching. For clients who have more holistic goals, we offer hybrid programs with a combination of Physical fitness and breath work/meditation.

On top of the one on one services, we also deliver Soul Flex Express Classes which offer 15+ classes a week that are structured through various group formats titled STRENGTH CLASS (resistance training), BREATH CLASS (meditation, breath work and sound healing) and SWEAT CLASS (high intensity, cardio, boxing).

Soul Flex also run fortnightly group breath work and meditation circles on Wednesday evenings (Soul Sessions) and a monthly Beach Breath Work at Thirroul Beach on a Sunday (Breath Work by the Sea).

Soul Flex has also started monthly Mindful Masterclasses where we source experts in the local area to run workshops for people in our community to up-skill them with tools, knowledge and resources on their respective health fields. We also run an annual Men's Group Program that runs for 8 weeks to help males in the community with nutrition and exercise, and to develop their social emotional intelligence, personal development skills and communication strategies - to assist men who may be disassosciated, processing their mental health and to help them find a place in their community.

Finally, Soul Flex has also started an online membership that provides clients with weekly meditations, exercise programs, nutrition advice, spiritual coaching, journal prompts and a live weekly online breath work/meditation session for anyone who can't physically be in our space or as a more cost-effective option.
